    Missing dlc


    I have bought a limited edition controller for sea of thieves on ebay as new sealed. And i find there is no code for thr ferryman pack but has everything else all booklets and even codes for game pass and xbox live. I spoke to someone
    live chat and they refused to help telling me post here rather than help me in anyway i need help to get a code for this ferryman pack. I think im being treated very unfairly considering i am the one who has been wronged and demand something be done about
    it before i go to social media

    Missing DNA structure... Look at AC2, there were two strands of DNA missing that were DLC...

    Hi Defcon,

    As you did not purchase this from Microsoft, there is nothing the team can do to provide you with a code. It does not give you grounds to 'demand' anything, either. Please consider the tone of how you speak to others, or how you ask for help in future, if
    you are to be taken seriously.

    As JustAnotherJay advised, you will have to take this up with the seller on eBay, or look carefully through the documents that came with the controller. The code will be printed on a pamphlet.

    Yes what Legend said. You are missing the actual DLC. It takes both the update and the downloaded DLC to work. How do SO many people miss this.

    For some reason this problem won't let me access my Mass Effect 2 DLC. Every time I try to start the game it tells me that I'm missing DLC. The thing that was really weird is that it says I'm missing a different DLC every time.
