Missing dlc?

On Saturday I bought the season pass for Advanced Warfare on my 360, which it was on sell for 34.99, as of yesterday, the season pass didn't transfer over to my xbox one. now i don't have access to my season pass, it's making me re buy the season pass
for full price, which I'm not since I already bought it, why am I not able to access it? did this one agent i talk to remove the licence to it? or what? this is really making mad since i had dlc problems with my other dlc before, please reply to this. i don't
know whats going on.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot install and am not getting the SP DLCs

Just to be clear, here are the items I paid for (via the Season Pass) that I am still missing:

Assault Pack:

- 2 Frag Grenades (Missing)

- 2 EMP Grenades (Missing)

Tactical Pack:

- 3 Smoke Grenades (Missing)

- 2 Gas Grenades (Missing)

Additional Season Pass Items:

- 4 Praxis Kits (Missing)

- 1000 Crafting Parts (Missing)

- 5000 Credits (Missing)

- 5 Booster Packs (Missing)

- 20 Chipsets (Missing)

This is not only affecting me but other players as well. When are we going to receive the items we have already paid for?

Here is the thread on Square-Enix's site (http://forums.na.square-enix.com/showthread.php?t=190774) showing even more people affected. We need an answer otherwise we'll
be forced to take action to get our money back.

If you are not able to do the free upgrade from the 360 to the one you may need to contact either phone support for your region (1-800-469-9269 in North America) or EA for further assistance with this.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I have some troubleshooting steps I'd like for you to try out when you have a moment.

1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
   
2. Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
   
3. Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console and sign-in to your account.
   
4. From the Xbox One Home Screen, navigate to Store > Search and type in "Call
   of Duty: Advance Warfare Season Pass".
5. Choose the Season Pass and if it says "Install" then feel free to do so.
   
6. If you were able to fully install the Season Pass and neither the Havoc nor Ascendance DLC
   is in the download Queue, I would suggest searching for those manually as well in the Xbox Store to download.
   

If after you try out these steps I listed above and they don't seem to do the trick for you, please let me know and we'll go from there. Thanks so much!

As far as the upgrade goes, the Full Game upgrade ended on March 31, 2015 according to the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Free Upgrade site. However, the
Season Pass and any additional Digital Content purchased for in-game use will still be eligible for the free upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One with no deadline.
