    Missing DLC Items/Not showing on Xbox One Console. Mafia 3 season pass and Gears of War 4 ...


    I've redeem the season pass for Mafia 3, the Vintage Del Elite Gear Pack (bonus from EB Games) and 2 Operation Packs for Gears of War 4 and they do not show up anywhere on my console.

    Last week I redeemed one operation pack on the Xbox website. Then last night, the second one through my messages on my console that was sent from Xbox Live. I redeem the vintage elite gear pack manually on the console in the store and the season pass for
    Mafia 3 on the smart glass app. I firstly redeemed the seaosn pass on the app, nothing happened, then I redeemed 2 other pre order bonuses for Mafia 3 (Family Kick Back and the Judge, Jury and Executioner packs) on the console and they installed fine. I
    then tried the second operation pack (Redeem through my messages) and nothing happened. And then few hours later then vintage fel pack manually on console and nothing happened.

    It says I own the season pass in store but does not give me option to install it.

    Contacted Xbox support and we went through many troubleshooting options and nothing seemed to work. Ending up contacting the developers of Mafia 3 to see if they have an issue with the season pass and no awaiting a response from them. Still no progression
    on the Gears Of War 4 DLC items though.

    Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed

    This is not a reward vendor or Season Pass item. It's a separate piece of DLC that isn't showing up on people's Xbox, much less in-game.

    Just went to the customisation tab in gears of war 4 and my DLC items were there. Actually had 2 of the brother til the end contents, not sure how I managed that. And I also had my operation packs, plus an additional one and a few others. These still not
    sure up in my games and apps though so yeah go have a look for your self guys. Hope this helped.

    Do People Really Pre-order Digital Games 6 Months In Advance?

    2016,and today you discover that's possible to pre-order a game 6 months before release.

    My big "problem"is that Mafia 3 is coming out the same week than Gears of war 4.

    ....

    And yop,the day both will be available for pre-download,it's day one buy,for me,plus season pass of course.

    Yeah I'm having the same problem here. I redeemed 2 operation packs (1 from Xbox live and 1 from a mate), the vintage del elite gear pack and the season pass for Mafia 3. None of these items show up anywhere. Not in ready to install or even when I go to
    manage game. In the store it says I own the season pass, but it does not give me an option to install it.

    The season pass was redeem on the smart glass app, 1 packs was redeemed though Xbox live message, the other on the Xbox website and the vintage del elite gear pack was redeemed manually on the Xbox console.
