Missing DLC I was advertised

I have a disk. It was a bundle edition. Would that still help?

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to install the content through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

Press the Menu key on your controller.

Click Settings, devices & streaming, and then go Blu-Ray.

Select Persistent Storage.

Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

Step 2: Power cycle your console.

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 

Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

After turning on the console and placing the disc in the console, go to manage game and add-ons and see if the content appears to be installed.

unfortunatly this is not a solution as the problem is not caused bj corruct data.

The problem is the differnce between what is advertised and what xbox(or forza) assignes to your profile as "bought".

although the pack states you get every DLC ever for Forza Horizon 3. xbox(or Forza) does not make you the owner of the three missing dlc's.

My guess is that someone made a mistake configurating this pack or someone made a mistake with the advertising.

The [Mod Removed-Profanity] thing is that the VIP pack is a real dealbreaker if it is not inlcuded.

I see. If you are signed in to the account where the game and DLC's was purchased and still you cannot get the DLC after following all the troubleshooting steps for installing the DLC's what I suggest is to submit a report to Mortal Kombat support page in order to report the missing DLC's.

They can surely further check as to why you aren't getting it even after we have done the steps provided on their page. You may submit a support request to them via https://mortalkombatgamessupport.wbgames.com/hc...
