    Missing DLC from game console


    Im Missing DLC from MY GAMES section of my console and Microsoft says they cant find any history of me downloading it, they're saying "i might have mistakingly downloaded it on another account" problem is I ONLY HAVE ONE account ONE SYSTEM that only I use
    lol and one of the games i thought for sure they would be able to resolve was dead island which i downloaded from games for gold... still no luck they dont see that either..so now they saying my only option is to re-buy/redownload the games.. which im not
    gonna pay for the same game twice that might come up missing again lol.. im just very disappointed in them and will never download another game from the marketplace again...

    pay close attention to your games you have downloaded and make sure they're all still there!

    Golden Key?

    I have all the DLC from the new game code, but the Golden Key is missing...

    Missing DLC for D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die.

    I downloaded all sixteen DLC packs from the store. I recently had to reformat my console, Leaving me with no choice but to redownload the game and all the DLC associated with it. When I looked in my purchased history and noticed that i only had thirteen
    packs of DLC associated with my account not the usual sixteen. I am missing three DLC packs. The Missing DLC packs are: Happy Wars Clothing Set, Beard Set 4 and Gears of War Clothing Set. I was wondering if there is a reason that they are missing off my account?
    Also is there a way to get the three missing DLC packs back? I have contacted Microsoft and they said it might be a licensing issue in regards to the Microsoft store? Is this true? Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Just to be clear, did you check for this from your download history on your console? Dashboard>Settings>Account>download history

    DLC is add on content for games. Are you saying that you are missing the whole game?
