Missing DLC for Xbox One FIFA 16 1TB Bundle

I bought a xbox one FIFA 16 1TB Bundle but didn't get my DLC, as promised on your advertisement/webpage/advertisement.

so I had the code for FIFA 16 (same code for downloadable game and my loan legends pack), and I redeemed it. Saw the three loan legends pack when I first started the game but it went missing afterwards. I contacted EA and they said the loan legends pack
can only be redeemed until Oct 2015, and refused to give me back my missing pack. They insisted the "three loan legends pack" is only available for pre-order and is no longer available to redeem now. It contradicts with what you said on your webpage "Own
the Xbox One 1TB EA Sports™ FIFA 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of FIFA 16, three FIFA Ultimate Team™ Loan Legends, and one year of EA Access.", since you never mentioned the DLC can only be redeemed before Oct 2015.

They asked me to contact Xbox and I confirmed that I have redeemed all the available game codes that came with the bundle, so I was wondering whether there is a misstatement in your advertisements, or a miscommunication with EA sports. Could xbox please
contact the game developer to clarify the issue? They are investigating why my pack appeared and disappeared after a while.

Which Xbox One Bundle?

I think I'm going to get a Xone. Not sure if I'd get the Forza or FIFA Bundle. I might get both games either way (but NBA 2K16 is the main game I'm going to be playing - There won't be a bundle with it will there?).
The main difference seems to be Get Tenth Anniversary Cars or get EA Access. Can you get the Cars otherwise (how much would it cost)? EA Access, is it that great?
And colors: the Navy console to the Black one (Our Direct Box, DVD player, Wii U, and my 360 are all black so I'm not sure if the Navy one would look weird).
Thanx for opinions.

The three loan packs included in the Xbox One bundle do not expire, however the codes you get for pre-ordering FIFA 16 do expire. I recommend reaching out to EA again to inquire why those packs disappeared, and explain that the packs included in the console
bundle do not expire.

I see FIFA 15 for $29.99, but every "bundle" with 16 is $60+. Perhaps it was on sale last week and you missed it?

Hi, George. Game was redeemed four days ago, on 11/21/18. Installed on the same day and plays as it should ever since then. It is also registered in Purchases section (order #2081428112). No problems with gameplay/installing/redemption whatsoever. Except
it doesn't show in My Games when logged into our Xbox account on PC.

All other games and DLCs appeared immediately after purchase/redemption. Not this one, which is kind of weird. So, should I wait a few more days or? One more thing. In Purchases, this copy of Fifa 16 shows as a bundle (FIFA
16 Xbox One Console Bundle), but it's not. It says 'This bundle includes', but nothing was bundled with it, just the game (it says 'EA SPORTS™
FIFA 16). Upon further inspection Fifa 16 Xbox One Console Bundle comes with FIFA 16 game and 3 Legends on loan for 5 Ultimate Team matches. But as I mentioned before, when clicking on 'This bundle includes' nothing shows up, just the game. Maybe that's
the problem?

Upon even further inspection, two more games are not showing in My Games when logged into Xbox account on PC. But, those were neither redeemed, nor purchased via Store. Those were secondhand games (NBA2K17 and Project Cars). NBA2K17 upon multiple retries
refused to install from the disc, although it doesn't have a single scratch on it, but it did eventually dowload from the servers and plays just fine. Project Cars installed from the disc, no problem whatsoever.

All three mentioned games show up on our Xbox and are functioning properly, but our missing from My Games on out Xbox account on PC. Is there a way to refresh My Games section when logged into Xbox account on PC? Thank you.
