    Thanks for your post. To troubleshoot this, try deleting and reinstalling WWE 2K19; Use the following link for steps on how to do so:

    pre orders

    so i pre ordered 2 games wwe 2k19 and call of duty black ops 4 and wwe 2k19 release today at 9 pm but when i clicked on it it said you need to pay to play but i pre ordered it shouldnt it have got the money 10 days ago

    Hello Robbie!

    Thank you for bringing this situation to us here on the forums. I recommend you go Into your "Games & Apps" section and highlight WWE 2k19 then press the Menu buttons (With the three little lines) go to "Manage Games and Add ons" press "A" on it then try
    deleting and reinstalling the content that you're having issues with. Once you uninstall it the content will appear the Ready to Install section within the Games manager. Let us know with a reply how it goes! You may want to contact the developer just in case
    they have more information.

    Hello Robbie,

    Our suggestion when attempting to uninstall the content is to perform the uninstalling of the game along with the content, which can be done by the following
    process:

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

    From here, after removing the game and content, reinstall from the same
    My Games & Apps     section within the Ready to Install.

    Try this for us and let us know if further assistance is needed.

    Its showing the downloadable content installed which is rey mysterio and ronda rousey as locked so now what do i need to do to use content again

    Hello Robbie,

    Sounds like you have the content installed, but are not able to access the content in game. There may be extra steps involved with unlocking them in game. My recommendation would be to contact
    2K support.
    You can submit a ticket request to get in touch with the Devs, or you can post on the 2K forums for help from the community.

    No I tried to do that already they brought me here this is my last option I wasted money and no one is doing anything about it. Please help me here I already tried they just keep saying theres nothing they can do and take me here its sad I want help please.

    Hello Otto,

    We understand now that you mentioned owning the content, that it shows up in your order history, but you're unable to install it from the ready to install.

    Have you attempted to check this DLC through the Microsoft store through a web browser or through the Xbox app?

    Try checking this for us as this would allow us to ensure that the license is not reading properly.

    Thank you for reaching out. I see you are having a hard time reinstalling some items form WWE 2K19 you previously purchased. Make sure they are being displayed under your

    order history    . Additionally, try
    downloading your DLC     from the "manage game and add ons" section.

    Thank you for your response. Now that we know it is under your order history, try

    removing and re-adding your account     unto the Xbox. If you still cannot access it once your profile is back, go ahead and contact us at
    Xbox Support to make sure there is no issues with your license.
