Missing DLC for D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die.

I downloaded all sixteen DLC packs from the store. I recently had to reformat my console, Leaving me with no choice but to redownload the game and all the DLC associated with it. When I looked in my purchased history and noticed that i only had thirteen
packs of DLC associated with my account not the usual sixteen. I am missing three DLC packs. The Missing DLC packs are: Happy Wars Clothing Set, Beard Set 4 and Gears of War Clothing Set. I was wondering if there is a reason that they are missing off my account?
Also is there a way to get the three missing DLC packs back? I have contacted Microsoft and they said it might be a licensing issue in regards to the Microsoft store? Is this true? Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear it. Did you check your past downloads by going to My Games & Apps and scrolling all the way right until you see Ready To Download?

If it isn't there then you do need to contact phone support as that would fall into the category of a Billing Issue which only they can handle.

Also, to prevent this from happening in the future I would recommend purchasing an external hard drive. You can use a USB 3.0 external drive ranging in size from 250GB - 16TB for storage.
