Missing Digital Game from Reinstall List

I recently bought an xbox one x, after having an xbox one for about 5 years. When I started the console up it worked perfectly, but when i went into the “My Games and Apps” to reinstall the games i owned, I was missing my entire Halo series of games. This
included Halo 5(physical), Halo Reach(physical), and Halo Master Chief Collection(Digital). Halo 5/reach are physical so may not show up on the list and i can put the disc in to re-download, but Halo MCC is digital and was bought as a bundle with my original
console, in the store it shows up as not owned and available for $29.99.

It should be noted that I went into a nearby Microsoft store to ask the same question. They suggested to look for them in the hidden games. After i returned home i did that and despite several games and betas re appearing, there was still no Halo games showing
up for some reason.

I tweeted at Microsoft Support about 8 days ago as of posting this and did not receive a response. I have gone through the support process several times and found others with similar issues but not with digital games.

Have a look here and see if it is listed in your owned games. You can also see your purchase history here if
you remember when you bought it but it may be difficult to search back if you bought it a long time ago. Are you certain you bought a digital version?

If you had multiple accounts it could be an issue there but check your purchase history on your main account also see if it shows up there also cause there could be a purchase code to help you there

just search for the game in your search bar and it will bring it up for you to re-install

Just check on what profile you have bought the game, then use that account and then the game should be showing in the my games library

To include what the others have said the biggest tell on whether or not your account has the digital license for the game is to go into the MS store on the console or even PC and sign in with the account that you thought purchased it and if it says that
you need to buy it that means the license for the game is not on that account.

Then you may want to look at your order history by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com and check to make sure that the game for some reason was not refunded.
