    hello I have a missing option for adding the custom gamer pic and I joined years ago to Xbox live

    Can't upload custom image even though I met all requirements

    I met all the requirements to upload a custom photo to my gamer picture, but it won't give me the option to upload a pic.

    No.At the moment all you can use is the gamerpics provided or an avatar pic.

    Using anything other than that is a violation of the ToU/CoC but custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into so it may be a feature in the future.

    On the console only those in the Alpha ring of the previous program are able to use customer gamerpics. Otherwise, you'd have to use the Xbox beta app through Windows 10.

    You can change your profile pic as long as it is a default option in the profile pic list. You just can't create a custom profile pic because they need to be approved before the change takes place. While there is an increase in demand on other issues,
    they are disabling the custom gamer pic ability temporarily to handle those issues.
