    If you preordered it on or after January 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need to have 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits. Otherwise, there were no other offers in February
    for purchasing that game.

    As mentioned in your previous post (Missing credits), since your purchase of For Honor was not made off the Xbox Store during the offer period, it was not eligible for the offer. From the FAQ for
    that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Warrior Rewards Offer?

    This is a multi-tiered offer worth up to 10,000 Rewards Credits overall. In order to earn the entire amount, you must complete all of the levels of the offer. Please see Question 2 for eligible content.

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after you redeem them.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system. If you can post the offers you're looking for credits from, that will help Rewards support check into it for you.
