    Hi, are you signing in with the same account that bought the $25.00?

    Did you change your region? Were you set in the US on the 360 and then change your region after you got the One?

    Finally, check your transaction history online to see if you bought something with the $25.00. https://support.xbox.com/en-WW/account-management/check-xbox-live-bill
