Missing Credit and No Deposit option

    Missing Credit and No Deposit option


    I am missing the 15k for the Xbox lab design and there is no option to request a deposit. i have 54k points.

    Early Reward Credit Deposit

    Unable to request an early reward credit deposit. The option has been missing the last couple of days. Tried with both phone and PC.

    Waiting for deposit.

    I have 5,100 credits and did not receive a deposit on the 15th. Also there is no option to request a deposit.

    Missing Credit and No Deposit option

    Credits for the controller should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
    a deposit. If you earn the credits before the 15th, they should be deposited on the 29th.
