    Not sure if this is the place to post this Q, but here goes. My entire family plays on my gamertag/account, which was fine, until i received my own xbox1s for christmas. I have gone through the set up and updates...and when i visit the store to download
    games i know we own, they do not show up as owned. For instance, I want to install minecraft. I know i already own this game as it is the most played game in our house- on another xbox one console. I have a code for the xbox one edition minecraft download,
    but i do'tn want to use it yet as i believe i own it already. I plan on creating an account for the kids and giving them the download card . Anyway, someone suggested it may be because the 1s is not my home console, so i changed that and nothing has changed.
    I hope i am being clear with my problem. Thank you in advance for reading and helping me.

    Missing / wanted features

    Tones is spot on. The 360 wireless pads were always wireless so no switch was needed. The new XB1 pads are wired data when plugged in with any USB cable, wireless when not.

    Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot install and am not getting the SP DLCs

    Just to be clear, here are the items I paid for (via the Season Pass) that I am still missing:

    Assault Pack:

    - 2 Frag Grenades (Missing)

    - 2 EMP Grenades (Missing)

    Tactical Pack:

    - 3 Smoke Grenades (Missing)

    - 2 Gas Grenades (Missing)

    Additional Season Pass Items:

    - 4 Praxis Kits (Missing)

    - 1000 Crafting Parts (Missing)

    - 5000 Credits (Missing)

    - 5 Booster Packs (Missing)

    - 20 Chipsets (Missing)

    This is not only affecting me but other players as well. When are we going to receive the items we have already paid for?

    Here is the thread on Square-Enix's site (http://forums.na.square-enix.com/showthread.php?t=190774) showing even more people affected. We need an answer otherwise we'll
    be forced to take action to get our money back.

    Yeah, I have had many people ask, and as everyone said, it's cause of Anniversary.

    I have Anniversary (pre-ordered) and played on that yesterday, that fixed it for me.

    So, either re-download or hit the store for Anniversary.

    It's because of the new Halo: CEA maps. Once you get those, it'll clear up.

    On the Xbox. You go to Avatar Marketplace > Game Styles > Page 9, bottom right. It's a little picture you click on. Don't know how else to describe it. >.>

    Okay, thank you. Now I'm wondering why 80% of those are female-only when the performer they're based on is male. That's like having a Joan Jett top be strictly male.

    You do need to contact the game devs about paid-for content missing, the missing content might need to be upgraded to the current version that it has updated to. Please use the link provided to get support on this issue.
