Discus and support Missing content in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I pre-ordered the destiny 2 forsaken season pass but when I load into destiny 2 it says I still have to purchase it.     Missing content


    I pre-ordered the destiny 2 forsaken season pass but when I load into destiny 2 it says I still have to purchase it. Please help I spent $80 on this and I really want to play what I paid for.

    Please go into your My Games and Apps section on your Xbox, and press Menu > Manage/Manage Games and Add ons. Make sure to check the Ready to Install part, to see if the content you are missing, is there.

    Also, you can visit Bungie's website, here, where they outline the roadmap for Forsaken content in the next year (Annual Pass content will be available from December, so be sure to check back for updates): Beyond Launch > News | Bungie.net

    Make sure to check your email, to see if your receipt says that you have purchased the correct edition of the game, that includes the season pass. If you continue to run into issues, then contact our Support Team by visiting this page: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Call the free phone number or arrange a callback, to have someone from our team call you, and they can look at the licenses on your account.

    Yeah, I have had many people ask, and as everyone said, it's cause of Anniversary.

    I have Anniversary (pre-ordered) and played on that yesterday, that fixed it for me.

    So, either re-download or hit the store for Anniversary.

    It's because of the new Halo: CEA maps. Once you get those, it'll clear up.

    On the Xbox. You go to Avatar Marketplace > Game Styles > Page 9, bottom right. It's a little picture you click on. Don't know how else to describe it. >.>

    Okay, thank you. Now I'm wondering why 80% of those are female-only when the performer they're based on is male. That's like having a Joan Jett top be strictly male.

    You do need to contact the game devs about paid-for content missing, the missing content might need to be upgraded to the current version that it has updated to. Please use the link provided to get support on this issue.
