Hello, I had a problem, I purchased the elite skins of four operatives from the game of Rainbow Six, it's Valkyrie, Glaz, Smoke and Hibana. After I updated the console from S to X, they disappeared from me. I wrote to Ubisoft only that's what they write
in the answer. I would like to help you in this situation.

Компания Ubisoft не распространяет цифровую продукцию для консолей. Даже если Вы приобретали контент внутри игры, Вы были перенаправлены и покупка была подтверждена именно через магазине Microsoft.

I apologize for waiting for an answer to your letter.

I share your disappointment, but, unfortunately, the only possible solution to the situation with loss of content will be contacting Microsoft support, as the final decision on the return of funds remains with the distributor, in this case it's Microsoft.

Ubisoft does not distribute digital products for consoles. Even if you purchased content inside the game, you were redirected and the purchase was confirmed through the Microsoft store.
