Discus and support Missing Content Vanished in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Spent over 20 hours talking to support so far. Got Black Steel Kate from supporter pack 1 back in October.     Missing Content Vanished


    Spent over 20 hours talking to support so far. Got Black Steel Kate from supporter pack 1 back in October. Got her before I went to sleep. Next day logged back in and poof she was gone. I just want her back. Since nobody was willing to help I tried to get
    her again with more money. Still cannot get her.

    There are options to get her back but these options will only last this weekend. After that there is no chance. Dont make me get a lawsuit over this since it is a very huge chunk of money being lost.

    Please don't reply with stupid questions or reset your xbox baloney. Dont you dare say go to the gears of war forums because they dont answer you back. Thanks.

    Ace Combat 6 add-ons have vanished

    All of the downloadable content have vanished. I've read a bunch of other dlc have gone missing as wel. Does anyone know what's going on?

    Hey there BeefCake3595.

    Really sorry to hear that your content vanished. Are you using an external storage device or are you saving to your internal storage? Unfortunately if the content is no longer showing, you'll need to redownload the content.

    update causing problems ?

    Been having problems all day the updare makes you content very unstable sometimes it works sometime it dont it just vanishes reinstalled elite and all content still got problems

    Minecraft Bedrock Skin Packs Disappearing?

    Except that even when we do everything you suggested the packs we have are still missing a minimum of 50% of their content. Both the 3rd and 4th Birthday packs (PS4) content is completely gone. The number of skins in each pack went from in the 30s to mid
    teens causing the best skins of from said packs to vanish.

    There is content that players have paid for which has been removed from the game and no amount of "have you tried turning it off then on again?" is going to solve. When are we getting either a fix or at the very least some sort of explanation that isn't "you're
    doing it wrong"? Clearly, we the players aren't.

    Really sorry to hear that your content vanished. Are you using an external storage device or are you saving to your internal storage? Unfortunately if the content is no longer showing, you'll need to redownload the content.
    Mine did something similar, not all gone but some. Internal storage. Does downloaded and installed content really just disappear?
