Missing content of Code Rage 2 Collector's edition

Thanks for the reply. As mentioned by XBF Erick response, The RAGE 2: Deluxe Edition gives you:

• Rise of the Ghosts Expansion. Available by 12.31.2019
• Doom BFG
• Wasteland Wizard Cheat Codes
• Battle Standard
• Progress Booster

Yes Daft Badger, i already linked the accounts, but in the game complements doesn't show, only in the purchases menu, i don't know why it doesn't download

That's strange that it won't let you download it now. If it still doesn't work, then you'd probably have to contact Support but I would also try to locate the content on the Xbox app and force a download from there. You can link the app to your console
and it should let you select to download it to console if your console is on. This will usually trigger a download on the Xbox, so I would give that a try too. Good luck!

Have you linked your profile to Bethesda via the main menu in game?

You need to do that to receive any dlc/pre order items.
