    Good afternoon. Last night I claimed a free Deluxe Edition Upgrade for Need For Speed Payback from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks. Hower after installing it I discovered that I am missing 2 parts of said DLC. More precisely Platinum Car Pack and Speedcross Story Bundle. Rest of promised content is in game. Tried containing EA support, but they said they cannot do anything about it and I should contact Microsoft. So I am doing that. Of course DLC is properly installed and was claimed through same account where I preciously purchased full game without any additional paid content. If I would want to play Speedcross Story Bundle I would still need to buy it despite the fact it should be featured in Deluxe Edition Upgrade DLC promoted as free perk for subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate. Any help will be more than welcomed.

    Playing on Xbox One S if it helps.

    First of all I would appreciate your calmness and time while trying to help me.

    Second of all I finally manged to reinstall game and all owned DLCs for it.

    Based on previous experiences I had low expectations when doing so and my worries that reinstalling will do nothing turned out to be true as following screenshot suggests. Taken

    I'm doing relatively well. Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

    Finally found time to check your comment.

    So I followed your tutorial exactly step by step and missing content is still missing (or more precisely Speedcross Story Bundle is still locked behind paywall and Platinum Car pack is inaccessible.

    To my original post I forgot to add this picture so massive apologies for that. Got that message upon 1st opening the game after installing said Deluxe Edition Upgrade DLC. No matter in which garage warehouse I look no Platinum Car Pack content is nowhere to be found (Super sure I haven't accidentally applied vanities to any vehicle).

    I have this issue as well, I redeemed the code I got from my perks tab in game pass and it only managed to install the high roller pack. It keeps telling me to buy the deluxe upgrade even though I should already have it with that code redeemed.

    Hi.

    After discussing this problem with other players on Need For Speed Reddit it seems like Speedcross Story Bundle not being available for free download even when you buy Ultimate Edition/Ultimate Edition Upgrade larger scale problem as several other player stated they run into a same issue as me with said Bundle.

    Therefore I think all trying to fix it on user side will be unsuccessful and possibly waste of time and only possible solution to get Speedcross is either buy it or send official inquiry for compensation to whichever company is responsible for this major letdown as judging by Reddit discussion it mostly affects Xbox players only.
