Missing content from the E3 2018 mixpot.

So I recently got a notification on Mixer.com that informed me that I had received my mixpot from watching the Xbox 2018 E3 briefing which contains a pre-order of Outer Wilds (the release date for some reason is 29/12/2799 when I check it in the Microsoft
Store). I went on my Xbox One to make sure and I see the game already installed. I check for the other stuff (mainly the Halo 5 Classic Helmets REQ Pack) and they are nowhere to be seen. I have checked all of the areas that I can think of (Ready To Install,
Leftover add-ons, etc) to see if the items were there but I can't find them. Any help would be appreciated.

First, congratz on being one of the lucky ones to get the pre-order for Outer Wilds. Not everyone who watched and qualified for the MixPot will get this! Those who watched Microsoft's E3 conference on Mixer are in with a "chance" of getting a pre-order for
the game for free. The reason the date is showing as it is, well....that is because the release date still has not been officially set in stone. Once it is, that date will change and update on the Store.

Did our MixPot state that you also received the Halo 5 Classic Helmets REQ Pack? At times the items are sent separate as well as automatically applied to the account. Do you have the game installed? If so I would check the REQ packs there to see if you show
access to that pack, chances are....it will be there. Also if you have Halo 5 installed be sure to check manage game and see if the pack appears there as well

I also received the notification on Mixer about the Outer Wilds 2 hours ago, and just got a notification about a Gears of War skin 5 minutes ago. I'm sure the rewards are rolling out! Wouldn't be surprised to see the Halo REQ Pack in a few hours.

Thanks for the quick response. I do have Halo 5 installed and I have done all the steps listed in the article prior to making this post. The only thing that I can think of is that the item hasn't been sent to my account yet as you stated. I would also probably
make a post that states that the pre-order is chance based and that items can be added at different times just so it helps avoid confusion. I appreciate the clear, quick and helpful response you gave.

So I have a weird issue too...I got the notifications for my classic helmet pack and my gears 4 skin, and I can see that they are installed, but the content itself is missing from the game. After quitting and restarting both titles multiple times, the content
still doesn't appear. I really want those helmets...
