Missing content form Early Enlister Codes

I have bought the Early Enlister Edition of BF1 and have redeemed the codes, but have not received the content from it. I have played around an hour and can't find it. Xbox did tell me that I had redeemed the codes but have yet to see the content in-game.

note: I did redeem the codes before the game had finished downloading, could that be the problem?

I have ordered Battlefield™ 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition on Sep 30, 2016, its been 10 days since the order was processed yet my one month EA subscription code is missing.

Battlefeild 1 - Delux Edition (Early Enlister) No Giant's Shadow DLC code

after purchasing Battlefeild 1 Early Enlister Digital Download from the Xbox store It downloaded 2 additional add-on's (Hellfighter pack, Delux Edition Content)

The new update released yesterday 9pm-11pm UK time (which includes the new map Giant's shadow) for pre-order players who redeemed a Hellfighter code (or had it digitally with digital pre-orders(saidsaidthe official team at Battlefeild) which was the case
for me as I pre-ordered Battlefeild 1 Early Enlister.

I received no additional code to download the content nor have I had an update prompt when launching the game. I could try re-installing the Hellfighter pack but I thought I'd raise the issue here first before I accidentally deleted my content. Please help!?

I just figured out I had not installed it on to my Xbox. so there is no problem now.

Hey there, can you please elaborate a bit?

Are you reffering to EA Access? Or are you talking about the Early enlisted version of the game? If you're referring to the Early enlisted version, you don't need a code for this. You should be able to play the game right now. If you're not able to, please
try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helps.

If you purchased the Early Enlister version of Battlefield 1 digitally on the Xbox One, you don't actually need a code, the content will unlock upon it's release for you. The only time you'd need a code to redeem on the console is if you purchased the game
physically at a retail store.

So you'll want to keep an eye in game for the Giant's Shadow DLC content as well as your Ready to Install section on the console for new DLC. If you check in the Ready to Install section are you able to download the DLC?

If you visit the game under Games & Apps and select manage game, do you see the option to install the content? If so, try downloading from there to see if you're able to access it. Keep us in the loop with how it goes.
