Missing Content / Advice Please!

Hello, all!

So, I own all of Civilization 6 (minus the France/America persona packs) that I have purchased over the course of many months. The last time I played the game was March 2022. I uninstalled the game to free up some space for another game I wanted to try. I reinstalled the game today (August 8, 2022) and started playing. I was a couple of hours in before I realized I was not playing on my normal settings. When I went to check, I saw that I did not have the Gathering Storm, Rise & Fall, or Ethiopia civilization pack anymore. I know I owned them. I have previous saves that I cannot play because the game says I do not own the expansions. The Microsoft store does not show them as purchased either. I am on the correct profile (the only one I use). I have refreshed my games & apps, restarted the console, and checked for updates. No luck.

I have reached out to 2K and submitted a request for help on Xbox Support; however, if anyone has any suggestions, I would love the help! I have spent too much money and love the game too much to let it go like this.

Hi AscensionLord, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to validate your license for the packs by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locating your transaction for the packs/DLCs, you should see the status as "completed".

Once you see the DLCs or packs, remove and re-add your account on your Xbox to re-sync the licenses but if you can't see them, you need to check all Microsoft accounts that you own as they can be purchased under a different account, and was shared to you before.

Hey M1ller2005! Do you get an error message or code when trying to play multiplayer before 10pm? Additionally, is the account you are attempting to play multiplayer with an adult account or a child account? Post back and let us know!

Hey there s1n1stah!

This type of issue is often related to corrupted contents stored on your console, more specific, your gamer profile. Follow Miss Kleo's advice (clear system cache and download profile) had most certainly solved your issue.

You do need to contact the game devs about paid-for content missing, the missing content might need to be upgraded to the current version that it has updated to. Please use the link provided to get support on this issue.
