    Hello,

    Prior to the release of Rainbow 6: Siege, I had pre-ordered the game digitally through Xbox Live for its launch date on, 12/01/15.

    I understand that you are supposed to receive codes for Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6: Vegas 2, as part of a bundle that will make those games playable on an Xbox One console. Those codes were sent to my inbox, but I did not receive a notification of their
    presence. I happened to be looking through my Messages on Xbox One Smartglass about a month later, when I discovered they were there for me to redeem. A day later, I went to redeem these codes, and they were nowhere to be found in my Messages.

    To my knowledge, I did not delete the message from my inbox, as I still have my messages for the Gears of War games (as part of the Ultimate Edition bundle) in there. Xbox Live Support referred me to here in order to retrieve the codes for Rainbow Six Vegas
    and Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    I appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you.

    Have not received legacy Rainbow Six Vegas/Vegas 2 codes for purchase of Siege

    I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2. Date of purchase February 6, 2016. Please provide codes.

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
