Missing codes / Gears of War 4

Hi. I've been told by your German colleagues (Microsoft support) that I should explain my "case" to you because I did not receive the missing codes after 7 to 10 days. I've bought the limited edition of GEARS OF WAR 4 - game and Xbox One S work perfectly
but I did not receive/could not redeem the codes for the SEASONPASS and BROTHERS TO THE END. It just did not function. Please do send me new codes - thank you very much. Many greetings, Alexander.

Missing content from the gears of war 4 pre-order

Hello,

I pre-ordered the gears of war 4 pack and received the codes for gears of war 2 & 3 but have not yet received the code for gears of war 1.

Please could you re-send the code for Gears of War 1 as this is missing from the pre-order collection?

Funny thing: I did receive the codes for GEARS 1, GEARS 3 and GEARS JUDGMENT - twice! But the SEASONPASS and BROTHERS TO THE END are still missing.

Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the codes. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically
located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error
message and error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

Hey, Alexander! Thanks for confirming for us what you were missing. These items are actually downloaded another way, based on

The Coalition's post here. Additionally, per their
FAQ for Gears 4, the Brothers to the End DLC should also be under Manage Game where the Season Pass content is.

Please check there to see if you are able to find them! If you cannot find the Brothers to the End items in game after downloading, please post on the FAQ linked above your gamertag, what's missing, how you purchased the game, and when you first played Gears
4 with a specific date (and time, if you can). Let us know how this works for you!
