    missing rewards for multiple games

    I am missing my 15,000 point rewards for Tom Clancy's Wildlands and for Infinite Warfare. i never got them. Hope i also get them for pre ordering WWII.

    would also like a refund for Infinite Warfare because its a terrible game.

    I pre-orderd Sea of Thieves in March 2018 and havent got any Blackdog code.

    And exactly that is the problem. I bought the game but I didnt got it. Normaly you receive a code that you can activate ingame when you preorderd the game. But I never received it. I have multiple Screenshots of proof but the support cant help me. You should receive an Xbox Message with the code, that is what my account is missing.
