Missing code forza horizon 3 - halo warthog

after a few contacts with customer support as well as contacting turn 10 and playground games. I entered a support chat and was directed to you guys. I preordered forza horizon 3 ultimate edition I redeemed all my codes and was told by support that my code
would come shortly for the warthog. Today I thought I'd call in. They verified that I met all criteria however the code was never generated. Apparently this has been a large common issue. I was directed here to have a code regenerated. Please let me know if
there's any other info you require.thanks Dave

The Warthog code was sent to users who've played either Halo: Master Chief Collection or Halo 5: Guardians, not for pre-ordering Forza Horizon 3. If you have not played either of those games on your account, that would be the reason a Warthog code was not
sent.

If you did not receive a code, you are still able to earn the car in-game through October's Forzathon, keep an eye out on
Turn 10's Forza Motorsport page for more information regarding that!

 

like I said mr beep I meet all criteria for the code. Tons of people are having the same issue

The appropriate teams were able to determine that the account you have posted from has never played Halo 5: Guardians or Halo MCC. Due to this, you are not eligible for a Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3. As stated above, you still have a chance to earn
one in October's Forzathon or purchase through the in-game auction house.
