missing code for fallout 3

your Xbox support told me to add a post here , im missing the code for fallout 3 after purchasing fallout 4 through the Xbox One. i got the code initally but the message appears to be deleted along with all my other messages. so i need this resent me thank

The fallout 3 code is missing from my message center.

 

Hi there!

Unfortunately, once a message has been deleted from your account, it cannot be retrieved. Usually a code cannot be resent either.

Also remember that Xbox Live messages expire after 30 days, so remember to use any codes you receive before that time!

funny the Xbox support chat says the message stays as long as i dont delete it. i figured it was 30 days or something myself since all messages are gone.

but i dont really need the message, i just need the code. the code didnt work initially so i put it on hold. but then the message got deleted by Microsoft.

so thanks for your reply, it didnt really help. i find this whole forum support a bit strange, am i still waiting for an answer from Microsoft or were you it?

Again, sorry for the issues with your Fallout code - Xbox Support will most likely come here and give an official response as to whether the code can be resent.
