Missing code for Fallout 3 (Fallout 4 Pre-order)

Hello Xbox team, I recently spoke to a Xbox Support member about my FO3 code getting deleted from my message, and having to re-pre order Fallout 4 in hopes of getting a new one - to no avail. Support advised me to create a post under this topic in order
to get the issue corrected, and to have a code resent to my profile. Please let me know when you have a solution! Thanks

Unfortunately, once a message has been deleted from your account, it cannot be retrieved. Usually a code cannot be resent either.

Also remember that Xbox Live messages expire after 30 days, so remember to use any codes you receive before that time!

Strange how the support team said something completely opposite over the phone, in terms of regenerating a new code. They asked me to post here because usually, a new code can be sent. I don't know why they would say that if it weren't true.

Xbox Support will also comment on this thread with an official answer, but as I said, usually codes cannot be resent once a message has been deleted or expired.

Alright, but in this case Xbox is aware of the issue and they told me that they are aware, and working on a solution to send a new code for FO3, since some were deleted, and some didn't even work (and then were deleted). Thanks for your input on the subject.

 

I never received my code for fallout 3. Should I call support?
