Missing code for 3 months of Xbox Live

Hello,

I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live a month ago, on the 15th of June during a promotional period where I was to also receive 3 additional months of Xbox Live. The extra code was to be delivered within 10 working days, but it has been a month since purchase.
Xbox support has redirected me to post on this forum. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Posted about a month ago about my rocket league code being missing after purchasing the 3 months xbox live and rocket league promotion. Still yet to receive a code after a month and a half of waiting

I purchased a 3 month while Rocket League came free with it and I'm missing my code for rocket league, got sent here via Xbox support reddit account. Is there a way to get compensated a extra month of live for waiting and a code for the game? Thank you!
