Missing Bell Fibe TV channels list

Hi,

I'm in Montreal (Canada) and just set up my Xbox OneGuide with Bell. The issue I have is that I only see the channels for the Satellite TV (Bell TV) not the ones for Bell Fibe TV. Is there a way to change the channels list or is it just not supported for
now?

I too am waiting to see if Bell TV and Bell Aliant Fibreop are supported. I see Dish is supported so we know the Bell TV hardware is supported its the channel list that needs to be added. Bell Fibe and Bell Aliant FibreOp use Windows CE / Mediaroom.

I won't get my Xbox One until Christmas, wife's orders, hopefully they will be supported by then.

i cant control my 4k decoder VIP5662W on BELL FIBE operator in canada , i cant see my channel list .

 

When I out my postal code I'm I get the fibreop stations however lots of the channels are missing or incorrect. For instance, Spike HD is called something completely different.

It also shows channels I don't have at all.

 

I am also using the June preview that makes the one guide available in Canada. I live in St. Catharines, Ontario and Bell Fibe is my carrier; however setting up one guide only gives me an option for bell tv (which is satellite) So the channels don't match.
I was able to select bell fibe tv for my cable box and xbox controls that perfectly. Any chance an update for bell fibe listings will be available soon?

I am having same issue in Ottawa, Bell five channels do not match up on one guide. Thanks. Also I noticed that if you put the kinect IR blaster on delayed, the channel surfing works better so the Fibe box will register the numbers.

 

I've received the update yesterday and I have the same issue. The one guide channels are those for Bell TV and not Bell Fibe.

 

I am in Mascouche, close to Montreal, in case it is relevant. Though the issue seems widespread rather than local.

 

I have Bell Satellite and live in Vaudreuil - same issue. Is there a Postal Code that would give the correct channel listing? Maybe it's a location bug, some channels are different depending on where the subscriber lives.

When you choose your TV provider.. I have a couple channels listed incorrectly but the majority is correct.. You need to make sure you select Bell Fibe not Bell tv..

The guide however does show every single channel, not what you subscribe to. Not sure if that is possible to do, but you can just set up your favourite list and use it.

I just reset my tv settings and re-entered my postal code - Fibe still not listed (Bell TV is and always has been listed however).

Strange... I have Bell TV and Bell fibe listed, I am in London, so not far from you.. Wish i could post a pic to show you.. My TV line up lists as follows - Bell Fibe TV, Bell TV, Broadcast TV - Canada, Rogers Cable, Shaw Direct, Shaw Direct Advanced.
Thats everything listed in the provider list. Wonder why I have the option and none of you do. This is very strange.

 

Perhaps I'll pick a London postal code and pop that into the OneGuide set-up and see if that works. Will let you know.

I just tried using my old postal code in cote-st-luc and I now see Bell Fibe and all the channels seems to work.
