Missing all of my games on the ready to install list

Hi!

Ive just upgraded to the an Xbox One X and all of my games that I purchased arent showing on my games & apps list. Not a single one is showing on the ready to install list. I have checked that all types of games should show and not only Xbox enhanced games.
Please help me I am getting really worried because I had a bit over 60 games and I dont remember them all.

I am missing games and apps from my ready to install list. When I search them in the store i still own them but i cannot see them in my ready to install list.

Thanks for reaching out to us! If your games are not showing in in the ready to install queue, then you can always go to the store and select to install them from there. Or if you'd rather, you can
sign in from your PC with the same profile, then go to the Microsoft store in the web browser.
On the store page for the game, click the ellipsis next to the Install button and select Install on my devices. Select your console from the list and then select
Install now.

Please be sure to have remote installation enabled on your console first:

1. Go to Settings > System > Updates.
2. Select Allow remote installs.

You will want to delete and re-download your profile, this should refresh your purchased games list

order history and
license list of the Microsoft account can be viewed with the two links we provided. We recommend confirming that the account that is being used meets these requirements. Be sure to let us know the results!

Ive just checked both links and all my Games and DLC are there. I really dont understand what happened. Just later this day i could see ALL my games and now none of them appear on the ready to install list.

 

Thanks for keeping us updated here in the forums is it possible that he games were Hidden from view in the ready to install? Can you try going into the store and searching up a game that you know you own and see if it gives you the option to install the
game from the store? Let us know with a reply how it goes.

 

Reallt weird. I would just reset it all and stary over.

 

Problem solved and another problem appeared. First things first thanx for your amazing help and support. All of you were of tremendous help. So.. I dont know what solved it but this is exactly what I did. I went into my account on microsoft.com on my computer
and I saw that I had 2 devices active, Xbox One Slim 1TB that I sold a day before and my brand new Xbox One X 1TB. I deleted the Slim from my account and straight after a window popped up asking me if I would like to delete it from my Microsoft Store as well.
I pressed yes to both. I went back to my Xbox One X and did a reset again for the 3rd but this time I kept the games I managed to download because it took me so damn long time to install it. So.. after the reset the console started as usual and I put my account
and setting and voila.. There they are.. All of them. No not all them actually. This takes me to my the second problem that arose. I deliberately hid two games just to see if there are more games hidden and now I cant manage to get the two games back to the
ready to install install list. I have tried pressing the two upper button + X but nothing happens. Do you guys know what the issue is?

Thanks for the update! We appreciate the information and your efforts in trying to resolve this situation. It can be confusing since it used to be RB, LB and X but after the update, that no longer worked to unhide games.

After further investigation, I have figured out, to switch between your list of "All games," and your list "without hidden games/apps" you must press L3 (left thumbstick in) and X at the same time.

Ive just given it a try and do you know what.. it worked like a charm. Amazing! I am so happy right now. What I cant understand though is that they give a non workable/old solution in the help section on the console. They should really try and update that
or take it off so that others dont get confused and worried like I was. Anyways, Thanks for everything.
