Missing Alan Wake code on Quantum Break Digital Purchase

Hi,

I bought Quantum Break digitally fom Amazon and did not receive the Alan Wake redeem code as advertised.

I already verified the messages on the Xbox One and on Xbox.com. When I contacted support they pointed me here.

I preordered Quantum Break and have received the digital codes for Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break but not Alan Wake. When can I expect it?
