missing achievements

I've had my 360 since the day it launched in Australia, but I signed on to xbox live for the first time a couple of months ago. At the time my Gamerscore was somewhere between 125000 and 130000, i can't remember exactly what it was. Everything was fine,
and I finally started playing some of the dlc to my favourite games. But, the next time I logged on my Gamerscore had dropped dramatically, it was down below 110000.

I have since added to it, but I'd like those achievements back. For a few games (e.g. dante's inferno) I put the disc in while online and downloaded the update, and the achievements came back. If I look at the achievements list in the game they show that
they are unlocked, but they just won't add to my score. If my friends look at my achievements online they show as locked, but when I look at them they are unlocked.

What's more bizarre is that while most of the games this effected (e.g. fight night r3, lego batman 2) reset to zero, some games (e.g. dead rising, oblivion) only removed most achievements, leaving some behind (my dead rising score went from over 800, to
60), only I can't tell which achievements are still adding to my score, because when I look at the achievement most of them are unlocked.

This is extremely frustrating, please help!!!

Missing Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Achievements?

I unlocked achievements after unlocking those missing ones for a few days and they all registered without a problem! The missing achievements never registered with my gamerscore, so the problem never fixed itself!

Achievements are unlocking and are being shown in recent achievements but the game itself is missing from the achievement list

 

any scores earned when not connected to live have to be re earned when you are connected again. when you connected to live it will only show what scores you had up to the point you were last connected to live.

 

Not even close, if that were the case my score would have reset to zero. I had never before that time logged on to Xbox live.

 

Also, I can't reunlock achievements my xbox knows I've already unlocked, I've tried that. But, even if I hadn't, surely I shouldn't have to play through entire games again.

 

Before try to enter in contact whif support phone

I advice you to do ALL the steps from "comum" solution (some people, like me jump some steps and the problem stills)

I have that problem in 2 games (After Burn and arcade Konami The Simpsons)

And resolve whif that steps:

1. Erase all data from the games you have problems (less your saves, you have to maintain the saves).

2. After that do the clean junk data from your HDD (o to memory hd press Y and acept the cleaning maintence, that only clean junk data and recent patchs downloaded).

3. Go to your profile and delete the profile (but use the option maintain saves and avatar items, that only clean your profile but maintain your saves and games data!).

4. That is a pain in the ... (sorry bad language), but again clean do the clean of junk data (for sure do two times!!!)

5. Download again your profile, after download your profile in theory your profile will sincrononize whif your saves and data

6. Some rare games have to you install/play and enter in the game, when you do that after pass 5 will pop up again the archivements not sended to MS...(but is rare, for me already resolved in step 5, but some people, whif similar problems report me to do
that "extra" step in game´s like Phanton Break for a sample and in Tomb Raider 2013

This method unfortunately didn't work for me. My xbox no longer knows I unlocked the achievements I'm missing.

It did however change things so I can re-earn those achievements, which is what I am now doing.

If anyone else has the same trouble, I'd recommend only using above method as a last resort.

I too am facing this issue with walking dead season 1 and DLC. it shows 45/48 but in the list it shows 48/48 and all achievements are unlocked. i dont knw which ones are not unlocked to retry those episodes alone.. thought it will get resolved over time
but its been nearly three months
