Missing achievements from 9 years ago

I achieved some achievements in a game about 9-10years ago which I originally achieved on my 360. I've recently started a new game of this title on my One but a strange selection of my achievements are missing.

I have some of the more complex achievements which I managed years ago but don't seem to have all the really basic ones which you get early on. I can't re-achieve them so something somewhere seems to think I already have them, but
I can't see them on my console, in game or on my account profile online. They've just disappeared!

I've tried all the troubleshooting tips and chatted with a support member who still couldn't help me but pointed me to here.

Any ideas?

Xbox one Activity feed not working

Ok, Just to continue the rant, when I look at the activity feeds for all my friends who have gotten achievements over the last couple days, Their feeds are are stuck at achievements from 6 days ago!

And a few from 9 days ago!

You obviously weren't here 8 and 9 years ago. That's when these forums were at their best. I miss the original posters.

The last clan i was in = counter strike about 9 years ago i don't miss them more trouble than good.

The way these deals usually work is 30 days after the deal has finished not from your purchase but form when the deal ended an email is sent to you with either a code or instructions on how to claim your points.You should look at your mail and junk mail
from the last year but as it's been so long I'd think any codes would have expired. You best bet is to contact support if you can find the email and they may be able to help but if you can't I'm sorry to say there may not be much they can do, sorry.
