    Missing Achievements and Bad Customer Support


    I have played many games and had a gamer score upwards of 90 thousand. However, Now I have a gamer score of 3 thousand. I look through my games and find that all of my achievements are still unlocked but I am not getting the points towards my total gamer
    score. I have been told by multiple support agents over the past three weeks that my problem would be escalated to lead engineers to get my problem solved. However, unbeknown to me I was being lead on by Microsoft support agents who lied to me and never sent
    a single email out. The support did nothing to help and have made be waste my time multiple times.

    I am not sure what to do next about this problem. I have seen other people have the same problem and it makes me upset that Microsoft tells the support agents to go to a 3rd party achievement website to find out information about what they should be able
    to find out with a few searches in their massive database of user information.

    Microsoft support has let me down. Hopefully this gets resolved but in the mean time I want to post my problems here again so that other people can see that if they have the same problem there is no chance of getting it fixed anytime soon.

    Xbox live customer support needs a major rework

    The old is is Xbox Support or Retailer responsibility...if the last two numbers were in fact missing and not rubbed out as a result of your brothers eagerness to get to the code I would say the issue is with the retailer who sold you the card rather then
    Xbox support, a shame you had a bad experience

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with two games showing up. Is it possible someone had used your Xbox One who had access to Skulls of the Shogun and accidentally started it up while you were still signed in? Currently there isn't a way to hide
    games on the Xbox One, but we're always taking feedback over on

    It's just a glitch that should fix itself. There isn't anything else known to fix it at this time.

    Yes, unfortunately the outage from yesterday hasn't been fully resolved yet.

    A very bad case of customer support.

    Turns out that by resetting my console and keeping my games & apps it resolved the issue - which I figured out myself. There was no game linked to this trial and I am now enjoying my Xbox Live Gold membership. Hopefully anyone else having this issue can
    try this method; of course after trying the usual remove and redownload account method.
