    Missing Achievement in Quantum Break


    So I 100% Quantum Break recently and got all the achievements, except Maximum Effort, which is only 98% complete, despite the fact I've fulfilled all the requirements for it. I don't know what to do, I reset the system, and its still not popping up.

    Quantum Break Windows 10 code missing

    I am as well still missing Quantum Break Windows 10 code as well as any Alan Wake codes.

    Achievements not Registered for Microsoft Rewards (XBOX- Rewards Weekly Set / Achieve more earn more)

    I have the same issue. Completed 3 achievements on quantum break and microsoft rewards weekley set didnt recognize i completed them. Im so close to getting the 1000 bonus points. And now im going to miss that dou to this problem
