    Missing account


    Hi,

    I've been off line for 4-5 months, when I went to switch on my xbox it had finally died so I had to purchase a new one as information about my box said Microsoft no longer build them and no service to fix it was available, fist annoying point.

    So I went to signsign into my account I was getting the no longer recognised response, second annoying point...

    I got a friend to use his app to see if my gamertag is still active and it is...

    My question is how do I get it back the gamertag and account because all of my purchases and achievements are associated with that gamertag and account, which I've had for many years now well over 15 in fact.

    That aside, to regain access to your account you'll need to fill out our
    Account Recovery     form with as much information as you can! The more specifics the better. :) Once you've completed that you'll receive a response in 24 hours regarding your account. Let us know what you hear back!

    Looks like your game tag could be corrupt, delete the system cashe and if that doesn't work you might need to delete and re-download your gamer tag, but make sure you know what your Microsoft account and password is.

    That error code odes indicate that their might be a connectivity issue so before you delete your gamer tag just do a network test.
