Missing 50K Rewards Points for XB1 S Upgrade

Hi!

I upgraded to an XB1 S to take advantage of the 50K Rewards Points. The order was shipped on 12/8 and received on 12/13. I signed into and made the XB1 S my primary Xbox on 12/25, but the reward points are still not pending.

Would anyone be able to look into this for me?

Per my previous thread here Missing 50K Rewards Points for XB1 S Upgrade, I was told I would see the points displayed as pending by the end
of this week, at the latest.

The points are still not being shown. Could someone assist in looking into this?
