I bougth the Rainbow Six Siege in Pre-order, but until now a not receive my promo code for Rainbow SiX Vegas 1 & 2 for use in retrocompability on Xbox one.

Promotion Details: Buying the Rainbow Six Siege in pre-order you won a promo code to download rainbow six vegas 1 & 2.

Date of Purchase: 30 september, 2015

Promo Item(s): I do not receive the codes to download Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 for use on XboxOne.

 

Received live gold access code for 1 month but 14 days in real

I've bought new xbox one console with promo code for 1 month of xbox live gold. But wtih this promo code i received 14 days only. How to restore lost days?

 

I was directed here by Microsoft tech support and need a response.

 

Your posting in a discussion forum, not the support forum which is why support hasn't responded. But you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them.
