    Received my package from bestbuy/UPS today and there is no headset jack in the box? The box says it includes wireless controller with 3.5 mm headset jack

    Codes not included with gears of war ultimate edition

    Download codes for gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement were not included with my purchase of a new Xbox one 1tb bundle with rare replay. Can't download these games as a result. Help!

    Chat Headset missing in the XboxOne package

    Not all xbox ones come with the headset/. I have gears of war ultimate edition bundle 500gb with new 3.5mm controller and didnt come with ehadset. i think now that they have the new controller with 3.5mm jack, they stop giving those headsets for free.

    Its the little hole on the front of the pad. Under where the d-pad sits I belive.

    As for the headset, did you get the Gears of War bundle, or any other bundle that included the redesigned controller with a 3.5mm jack? If so, these bundles do not include the standard Xbox One headset as the controllers are compatible with other third-party
    headsets right out of the box.

    You can only use headsets on the Xbox One that have a 3.5mm jack, some very select few have supported USB like the Astro TR mixamp for Xbox One, but that's very rare cases. Generally only 3.5mm through the controller is supported
