Missing 20,000 Xbox Live Rewards Credits

On November 24th 2016 (Order number 10963132466), I purchased/upgraded to the Xbox One S from Microsoftstore.com because There was an offer to receive 50,000 rewards credits for doing so. I checked my account today and only received 30,000 credits, missing
20,000 credits which is worth $20 in xbox credit

The promo was also in "my missions" on Xbox Live Rewards.

Hello Tama143,

You were not selected for that offer. That token was not assigned to your account, and that offer was assigned to another gamertag. Therefore, your purchase was only rewarded the default 30,000.

We responded to your previous post at (Missing 20,000 Xbox Live Rewards Credits). Since you were not selected for any 50,000 Credit offers,
you received the standard 30,000. You are only eligible for missions that appear on your MyMissions page once logged in to the site.
