    Missing $15


    I redeemed an Xbox gift card earlier today, on May 8. I redeemed it on the site through my phone, saw that it was confirmed, and threw away the card. When I went to use it on my Xbox One, the 15 dollars is not there!!! On my phone it showed as $15 confirmed
    in the account. I have a screenshot form my phone 15 dollars in account. How do I attach it to prove I did it correctly?
