    Missing 15,000 rewards credits for "A Rewards Story" from December


    So I was waiting a lil bit before posting this just to see if any activity on my rewards account would update since 1/1/17. Anyways, I have been credited for other purchases I've made recently as well as January's survey, but I never received the 15,000
    rewards credits for "A Rewards Story" from December. I was never given credit for achieving "Chapter 1: Past - The Best of Last Holiday" & "Chapter 3: Future - The Best of Months to Come." However, I did receive credit for "Chapter 2: Present - The Best
    of This Holiday."

    The terms were to spend a minimum of $30 on select games, movies, or TV shows in each category, & pre-order a select game that releases in the next few months.
    All purchases had to be made within Dec. 1st – Dec. 31st by 11:59 PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) of Dec. 31st. UTC is 5 hours ahead of my local time & the last qualifying purchases were made well before the
    deadline.

    So the following is exactly what I purchased, the amount I spent in each category, and when I made these purchases:

    Chapter 1: Fallout 4 - $30 (No credit) Purchased on 12/31/16 at 5:08pm UTC

    Chapter 2:

    Titanfall 2 - $30 (credited) Purchased on 12/25/16 at 5:01am UTC

    Chapter 3: Halo War 2 Ultimate Edition - $79.99
    (no credit) Purchased on 12/31/16 at 5:00pm UTC

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    From our FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

    For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

    Where my credit For Honor , Halo Wars 2 ?

    Hello JTREADY,

    The offer for 15,000 Credits for MicrosoftStore.com purchases was discontinued at the end of December, as Smwutches says. Since your purchases were from the MicrosoftStore.com, they are not eligible for Rewards.
