    Missing $10 refund


    Hi, this is the fifth time I'm explaining it and I hope it's the last time..... I have bought the pre-order of Battlefield 1, which came with a 10 dollar refund. Right after I bought it, I opened a chat with customer support, because I didn't receive the
    refund/voucher. The employee then told me it was to be delivered ~1 week after the release. However, up until this moment I still haven't received it.

    Well...customer service...

    They weren't entitled to anything, especially a refund because of their reasoning. Unless there was a legitimate reason such as an error code or a service outage, having a teething child and missing 10 minutes of a movie doesn't qualify.
    Yes it was nice of MS offering a refund to a committed customer but it wasn't warranted.

    Water won't act like water underground near too many objects

    make adjacent rows of 10 ground, 10 ground w/seed, 10 missing ground w/water, 10 ground w/seed, 10 ground w/torches, 10 ground, 10 missing ground (put water here...doesn't work, 10 adjacent ground.

    Sorry, but they sent you to the wrong place. You would need to contact >customer support< for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep
    in mind that if you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code.

    What a **** customer service... I've been chatting with both the store customer support and the xbox department customer store. Even at the same time, and this matter seems unable to be resolved. They keep sending me to each other and neither of them is
    taking responsibility or doing any effort to help me.
