missing 10 $ gift card

Hi, I was provided this topic by an assistant I got on chat, because you would be able to solve my issue.

I preordered horizon 3 on the 21st on the Microsoft store.

We were supposed to receive a 10$ gift card when preordering within 10 days of the game release.

It's been almost a month and I never received that second email containing that 10$ gift card.

I hope you'll be able to help me solve that issue. I don't even know if it's the right place since a previous representative I got told me it was Microsoft store related.

But can't find a way to reach them online, or not the right service.

Gift Card Code doesn't work

I spoke to customer support, they asked me to post on the forum. I have a $10 xbox gift card with 2 missing characters, and the barcode is somehow invalid. I was hoping to get it resolved.

Well that's the page I use, only way to get an assistant is through the virtual bot assistant.

Everytime it sends me to a incompetent person who tells me ( as it is the case here) they'll send me to another service that'll be able to help me.

It's been three days now (not including Sunday) that I'm sent from services to services.

Does anyone working at Microsoft (still the same parent company) send me an actual contact link !

Or in 2016, the only way to contact a tech store of a tech company is by phone ?!

I'm starting to lose patience !
