Missed promotion

when I set up the accounts I'm not sure if I did it right. I ordered a yearly subscription of Xbox Live Gold on my son's account(petercoolgamer). When the credit card got replaced I did not update Xbox because I thought the subscription would just expire.
It didn't just expire as it auto renewed on the old credit card number and went into suspension as the old credit card authorization failed. When I tried to take advantage(on my account )of the $39.95 promotion for the annual subscription I
was blocked because of this past due amount on my son's account. I just spoke with customer service and they corrected the error and past due amount on my son's account. I was hoping that you may be able to help me take advantage of the promotional offering.

once the game offer has expired, there is nothing can be done to get the game free.

Yeah you will have to purchase the game as this offer has expired for Dead Rising 2

keep up to date and get the rest of the free games for gold dude

 

You would have to keep an eye on the console's dashboard to see if the promotion pops up again. There's no way to force it to show up again.
