    I received promo for free month after updating my card free month isn't processing stuck in vicous loop to go to account.microsoft.com but payment info is correct there also don't know what else to do as a customer.

    once the game offer has expired, there is nothing can be done to get the game free.

    Yeah you will have to purchase the game as this offer has expired for Dead Rising 2

    keep up to date and get the rest of the free games for gold dude

    I'm sorry to see any issues with a promotion! You mention that this was missed. Are you still having issues getting the free month, or is it no longer showing for you? If it's still showing for you, are you trying to purchase this on the website or the Xbox
    console?

    I'm not sure which promotion your missing based on your post but I assume its the GTA bucks. Based on the Microsoft Store page, "After pre-ordering your copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 through the Microsoft Store, this
    GTA$2,000,000 bonus will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days."
