Missed out on Reward points

Hi there, in the last hour I accessed the Rewards app on my X-Box One and saw there was a deal to get 4000 points if I spent over £30 in a recent sale. I noticed this deal had only 1 day to go so I decided to take advantage and accessed the store through
this link on the rewards page. After looking through the applicable games I purchased Jedi Fallen Order and Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13, both of which put me well over the £30 requirement. However, when I went back to the Rewards app I could no longer
see the deal I had accessed before. Instead there was a different deal seemingly for a different set of games and there was no way for me to redeem the 4000 points.

It looks like I perhaps just missed this, but the store pages for the games say that the deal is still going on for another 9 hours? This seems unfair that I was able to access the deal through the Rewards app (which said there was 1 day left, not less than
1 day left) but then unable to redeem the points. I would not have spent the money on these games if I hadn't noticed the deal so is there any way you can help?
