Miss use of the file complaint system

I apologize in advance if I'm not allowed to post this,But you never know unless you try.

I was recently coms banned for 2 weeks for sharing a video of 1v1 to a club that literally in the description says 1v1s. The caption wasn't hateful nor bullying of any kind. Simply said that moment you find someone without their squad we have all had
that opportunity. Competitive club and game rated M. After I posted it His friend and my friend bash heads in the comments no more then 8 it had no cussing or swearing.

Next morning im banned for harassment and bullying. My friend that was actually commenting gets enforcment message warning. How is that fair.

I have proof I said nothing and the club members even saw. I know the code conduct and no where does it say "gets banned if you share video of 1v1. Very disappointed in xbox enforcment team. I'm never sharing video again. Thank you for ruining the competitive
part of gaming.

Use the file complaint system.

Got to their profile(s) > file complaint > text and voice communications > Pick which type of message he sent you > file complaint.

Just file complaint one time on the same person. Don't abuse the file complaint system.

Naming and shaming is not allowed on the forums, if you witness someone cheating, file a complaint through the complaint system on the dashboard. Using the dashboard complaint system ensures that the XBLPET gets the complaints.

[/quote]Just to expand on this comment. If you feel you are in any physical danger, do not hesitate in contacting law enforcement.

Just want to add it does no use to file more then one complaint on a player. Once one is received the system ignores the second+ complaint filed.
