Misread Claim Against account

I was in a Xbox live party when one of my friends joined the party but instead it was his cousin he began calling insulting names so I left the party then he sent me a message calling me a
[Mod Removed] I reported the message then he reported me even tho I did nothing. I was still suspended then I filed for a case review and I described this situation and whomever read my case thought it was my cousin saying those things to my
friend but it wasn't and so the decision was upheld

Sorry, I misread your post thinking it's supposed to end today. If on Xbox One, did you try to remove your profile and to add it again afterwards? Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

If your ban was upheld by the enforcement team there is nothing further you can do. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

Let's just say you're right in everything b/c I misread your post and no one makes mistakes except me and everyone who you've ever argued against.

You're right...consoles are not PC b/c they are closed off systems....that was totally the point of talking about power in tech specs.

If you received a new gamertag from the enforcement team, then they determined it was against the terms of use or unproductive to the community

I probably shouldn't ask, but what was your gamertag before?
